Jason is a proud Donegal man and a recipient of Donegal person of the year 2018/19. Jason spoke with Sean Perry (28th May 2020), in front of the DDBN via Zoom about his mental strength and mind skills training techniques, which have led business leaders and high performance sports teams and athletes to incredible success.
He is currently working with the Donegal GAA Senior Team.
