Food, wine and networking were on the agenda for the Donegal Dublin Business Network’s first event of 2019 as Head Chef Sean Smith (Letterkenny) welcomed the DDBN to experience the hospitality, ambience and food that the Cliff Townhouse on St. Stephen’s Green has to offer in the heart of the city. Those present were offered samples of the Cliff Townhouse’s most famous canapés: Croquette; Beef Tarte and Quail Egg; Oyster, Sour Cream and Caviar; Oat Biscuit, Goats Cheese and Pickle Mushroom; and Chocolate Almond Biscuit, Foie Gras Butter.
Afterwards Chairman of the DDBN, Paul Doyle (Bannon Commercial Property Consultants) thanked Kevin Kelly of McCann FitzGerald for sponsoring the event and Sean Smith and the Cliff Townhouse for their hospitality.
The next DDBN event will take place in Bank of Ireland, Grand Canal Dock on the morning of 1 May 2019 – the details of which will be released shortly.
